I’m not entirely sure where the impetus for this comic came from.

I think it came from the fact that I love being an adult in college and can eat buffalo wings every other meal without anyone telling me no. But I know that I won’t be able to do that much longer, especially when I have kids one day and have to teach them responsible eating habits (plus this 21 year-old metabolism won’t last forever).

You get a lot of freedom with adulthood, but you get it conveniently around the same time you start learning the difference between being stupid and being responsible. Senior year has forced me to get my rear in gear in terms of my future plans, and it’s exciting and scary at the same time. I’ve had to do a little soul-searching for the type of person that I want to be, and it’s been a very healthy experience.

But I’m still not eating vegetables until I have to. Yuck.
